I tried the sculpting lace bodysuit first, and while I loved the look and feel of it you could see the texture of the lacey parts thru my dress and I didn’t love that. So I decided to try the hourglass shapewear bodysuit for the smooth fabric. It’s definitely not visible thru clothing as there isn’t any texture to the fabric, which I’m happy with. Both bodysuits held my tummy in and made for a smooth waistline. I can’t say either would replace wearing a bra. They both left me a little smashed down like a sports bra, but did at least hold my boobs in place. This one has the seamless cut edges for a smooth finish which I appreciate although I did like the softer edges around the leg openings of the lace in the other bodysuit. With both styles I sized up to a medium as recommended. I normally wear a size 4/small in clothing, but bra is 34C which bumps size up to a medium . I feel like the small would have been way too small and squished me out making unsightly bulges along the edges of the bodysuit. I’m happy with the fit and shaping with these bodysuits. They’re pretty and functional and not as hideously ugly as shapewear usually is. Super happy I found this as I had been looking for a bodysuit shapewear and I tried many other styles from skims that did not work.

I stood in the in front of the mirror with a lump in my throat. I felt sexy and confident!! I am 40+, and have two kids. I got an XL and am 212lbs, usually in sizes 14. I am amazed at how seamlessly it erases my mom pooch!! And support my boobs, granted I did need to make sure that both nips were pointing straight, lol. Make this purchase! You will not regret it. I was able to wear my size 12 jean cutoff shorts with absolutely no muffin top or back rolls. Just wish it was easy to fasten the hook& eye crotch when wearing.
