I'm in between a size 6 / 8 in pants, 158lbs, and exchanged to a size Large and LOVE them! I do wish the compression went a bit lower for the mom pouch, yet i do appreciate what compression is there, the material and the fact it does not roll down!!

They definitely do the job and suck you in. I love them. I have yet to make one purchase from Pinsy that wasn't just right and comfy. I'm 5'3, 152lbs, 39in, 31w, 40hip and I purchased a M and they were just right for me but I like a snuggier fit. Still very comfy though.
